DEPOSITS & BOOKING
To ensure your wedding day photography / videography package is secured for your date we require a deposit of $800, plus travel if applicable. Deposit will be taken from final amount. We cannot promise any dates are booked until deposit is made and signed contract is returned.
Payment of your deposit also indicates you agree to the contract terms.

CREATIVE DIRECTION
By using Wilde Visual to capture your special day; you are agreeing to hire our unique eye for photography / videography and our creative editing style. We care deeply about producing a final product to your taste and that accurately represents you and your wedding day. Inspiration, briefs & mood boards can be discussed in detail before the date so we can be
sure to give you the best product, but ultimately creative direction is left up to Wilde Visual. All music is required to meet the Australian Copyrite Standard and will be included in your package price.
If for any reason, major editing changes are to be made upon completion; a fee of $45/hr will incur.

ALL GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME
We care immensely and take a lot of pride in our work so editing your film & photos can sometimes be a lengthy process. We ask that you allow up to 8 weeks from the wedding date to have your final product.

AUDIO
A shotgun microphone will be used to pick up the important audio of the day. We endeavour to
capture a crisp, clear sound but elements such as wind, background noise and fuzzy PA systems can interfere with the quality of the audio recording. We will however do our best to prevent this from interrupting and ensure all audio is at it ’s best throughout the editing process. We prefer to tell a story through the visual and music. Pre Recording vows is always available.
